With InduComp’s pot core inductors, you receive a high-quality product tailored to your company’s needs. We are flexible with our customers, handling production from smaller to larger quantities. We have extensive experience and manufacturing pot core inductors that always meet the expected technical parameters.
Ferrite pot cores are often used for the coils of inductive proximity sensors. The Hartley Oscillator is a common circuit for proximity switches.

The magnetic field exiting from the open side of the pot core can be used to survey the area. If metallic (preferably ferromagnetic) material enters this magnetic field, it causes a change in the resonance circuit.
The pot core inductors of the inductive sensor respond to changes in the quality factor. Using high frequency litz wires can achieve better quality factors for the coils at the high operating frequency of the oscillator. These are wire bundles consisting of very thin strands insulated from each other by enamel. This can significantly reduce the skin effect.
Pot core inductors play a key role in many industries. They are particularly popular in the industry due to their reliability, durability, and precise sensing capabilities. They prove useful in production lines and automated assembly plants, the automotive industry, the packaging industry, robotics, and security systems.
InduComp has extensive experience in the production of pot core inductors. Feedback from our customers confirms that we are flexible with our customers’ needs, deliver ordered products on time, and pay special attention to quality.
We design and manufacture pot core inductors according to the customer’s request.
We subject each of our products to a 100% quality inspection, thus guaranteeing the product’s effectiveness.
